Candidate verification is systematic
Identity, experience certificates, trade credentials and references follow a fixed checklist. Files with unresolved items are not shortlisted.
Recruitment Process
Twelve public stages, one shared pipeline. Employers see progress per batch; candidates see exactly what happens next.
The Journey
Stages marked employer-side are where you act; candidate-side stages are managed by our coordination desk with status visibility to both parties.
Stage 01
You submit trade-wise requirements: quantities, salary structure, working hours, accommodation and site conditions. We structure them into an executable recruitment brief.
Primarily employer-side
Stage 02
Our team maps sourcing pools, realistic timelines and mobilisation waves per trade — and flags any skill that is scarce before you commit to programme dates.
Primarily employer-side
Stage 03
Active sourcing across our verified candidate network, ITI / trade-school linkages, referral channels and job boards — matched to the exact trade scope you defined.
Joint coordination
Stage 04
Documents, experience certificates, identities and employment references are checked. Every candidate file is compiled before it reaches your desk.
Primarily candidate-side
Stage 05
Practical evaluation for blue-collar trades — weld tests, mock wiring, rigging drills, kitchen tasks — so claimed skill becomes demonstrated skill.
Primarily candidate-side
Stage 06
Video or in-person interviews are coordinated with your panel. Selection authority always rests with the employer — we shortlist, you decide.
Primarily employer-side
Stage 07
Destination-compliant medicals (e.g. GAMCA/WAFID appointments where required) are scheduled and tracked for every selected worker.
Primarily candidate-side
Stage 08
Police verification, passport checks, attestations, emigration requirements and employer paperwork assembled into complete, compliant files.
Primarily candidate-side
Stage 09
Work-visa applications are submitted under the employer’s sponsorship; embassy and authority stages are followed up until approvals are in hand.
Joint coordination
Stage 10
Workers receive orientation on contract terms, destination rules, safety culture and reporting procedures. Employers receive final rosters.
Primarily candidate-side
Stage 11
Batches are grouped by flight, airport handovers are coordinated, and joining packs are issued. Departure status is reported batch by batch.
Joint coordination
Stage 12
Handover to your site team is confirmed, and joining status is tracked until every selected worker is on site and productive.
Primarily employer-side
Process integrity
Identity, experience certificates, trade credentials and references follow a fixed checklist. Files with unresolved items are not shortlisted.
Sanska builds and screens the pipeline. Interview outcomes, offers and replacements are decided by the employer at every stage.
Stages, expected actions and document requirements are published. No stage promises an outcome — only an evaluation.
What it does not guarantee: specific dates before destination-authority processing is underway, or selection outcomes before trade tests and interviews. Anyone promising either is describing a different — and riskier — business.
